I was having a lot of pain in my knee for about 6 months. I thought I was going to need knee surgery. As it turns out it was something with my foot that was out of alignment. With a few visits to Aspire Family Chiropractic I could enjoy walking again.

- Argh...I love these guys. Everyone (Sarah, Tiffany, Maggie, Rachel Edit: duh and Dr. Paul) are so welcoming and make you feel like part of the family...practice that is. Dr. Paul is amazing. I've come in feeling like my skull is falling apart and left feeling better than ever. He's gentle and has amazing techniques to put you at ease when you're a little tense about the adjustment. I had never been to a chiropractor but I’ve been dealing with a disk issue in my lower back that was causing a ton of pain, saw Dr. Paul’s Facebook ads and figured it was worth a shot.
My first appointment consisted of a thorough assessment where he uncovered things I forgot were wrong, an explanation of what he’d be doing, an adjustment that sounded like an 18-Wheeler driving down 3 miles of bubble wrap, and a treatment plan to get me put back together long-term. I left that day with relief, and what I’d describe as “euphoric energy” that lasted the entire day. THE MAN IS A WIZARD
I’ve been back 4 times since and I feel more lasting results each time. Scheduling has also been a breeze; the exceptionally friendly staff at the front desk always squeezes me in at times that fit my work schedule.
